Yes, BiletiniYap is fully white-label. You can customize your event page with your own logo, poster and colors, and embed it on your own domain or website. Buyers see your brand throughout the purchase flow, not BiletiniYap's.

We put together your event page, ticket categories, payment flow, and check-in process together. Once we've figured out the right model for your needs, you launch ticket sales under your own brand.

What happens if we run into a system issue on event day?

You can reach our priority support line on event day. The QR check-in app keeps working with the last synced ticket data during short internet outages, and automatically syncs back up once the connection returns. We also provide a downloadable backup attendee list for every event, so you can switch to manual check-in if needed. Extra door-operation support is available on request for high-volume events.

How are cancellations and refunds handled?

You set the cancellation and refund terms as the event organizer. Attendees can see these terms on the event page before they buy, so the process stays transparent from the start.

A unique QR code is generated for every ticket and emailed to the attendee. On event day, scan the code from a phone or printout for fast door check-in.

Under Turkish tax law, a 1% withholding tax applies to ticket sales (on the ticket price excluding VAT). BiletiniYap automatically deducts this from the sale amount and pays it to the Turkish Revenue Administration - no extra tax filing needed from the organizer.

How does the commission compare to other platforms?

BiletiniYap charges an 8% commission (launch-period rate) that includes the payment infrastructure, e-ticket generation, QR check-in and every platform feature. Biletino, for example, states on its own help center that it charges 13.6% commission (VAT and bank fees included) on paid events, plus a minimum ₺7.50 transaction fee charged to the buyer. With BiletiniYap there are no hidden fees or separate transaction charges - the only cost is 8% per successful sale.

Can I create private tickets that aren't publicly available?

Yes. You can define special tickets for selected guests - press, VIPs, artist guests or sponsors - completely separate from public sales. These tickets never appear on the public sales page, can be paid or free, and only reach the people you choose.
